INGREDIENTS
- Prawns - 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
- Salt -1tsp
- Red kashmiri chilly powder- 2 tsp (as per your taste)
- Lemon juice /amsol juice/kokam agal- 1tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- Oil for frying
PREPARATION
- Wash prawns thoroughly
- In a bowl take prawns and add ginger garlic paste
- Add salt,turmeric,chilly powder,lemon juice and mix properly
- Add some garam masala or chicken masala
- Apply above mixture properly all over prawns
- In a plate or bowl take mixture of rice flour and corn flour add salt to taste mix properly
- Now keep oil for shallow fry
- Take marinated prawns and dip it in flour and then shallow fry all the prawns in similar manner
