Prawns Fry

 



INGREDIENTS

  • Prawns - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
  • Salt -1tsp
  • Red kashmiri chilly powder- 2 tsp (as per your taste)
  • Lemon juice /amsol juice/kokam agal- 1tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Oil for frying

PREPARATION
  • Wash prawns thoroughly
  • In a bowl take prawns and add ginger garlic paste
  • Add salt,turmeric,chilly powder,lemon juice and mix properly
  • Add some garam masala or chicken masala
  • Apply above mixture properly all over prawns
  • In a plate or bowl take mixture of rice flour and corn flour add salt to taste mix properly
  • Now keep oil for shallow fry
  • Take marinated prawns and dip it in flour and then shallow fry all the prawns in similar manner
