INGREDIENTS
- Udid(black green lentil)-1/2 Cup
- Chopped onion-1 big
- Green chilly paste- 2 tsp
- Chopped Coriander- handful
- Cumin- 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying
PREPARATION
- Grind udid dal coarsely in mixer grinder
- In a bowl take grind dal add green chilly paste,salt,chopped coriander
- Add enough water and let it soak for at least 3-4 hour. Batter should be thick enough
- After batter is soaked add chopped and mix properly
- Heat tawa and add few drops of oil spread batter evenly and let it cook on each side
- Let it become crisp on both the sides on low heat
- Have it with jowar roti or chapati
