INGREDIENTS

  • Udid(black green lentil)-1/2 Cup
  • Chopped onion-1 big
  • Green chilly paste- 2 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander- handful
  • Cumin- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

PREPARATION
  • Grind udid dal coarsely in mixer grinder
  • In a bowl take grind dal add green chilly paste,salt,chopped coriander
  • Add enough water and let it soak for at least 3-4 hour. Batter should be thick enough
  • After batter is soaked add chopped and mix properly
  • Heat tawa and add few drops of oil spread batter evenly and let it cook on each side
  • Let it become crisp on both the sides on low heat
  • Have it with jowar roti or chapati
