Healthy Tomato Omelette

Today's breakfast menu is instant Tomato Omelette which is made of gram flour and tomato as main ingredient. This recipe is also gluten free and healthy which one can have without guilt. Consuming tomato are very healthy to your eyes. Lets make it.

Ingredients to make Tomato Omelette:

  • Gram flour - 1 cup
  • Semolina (rava) - 2 Tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Tomato - 3 medium finely chopped
  • Onion - 1 large finely chopped
  • Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - to fry

Preparation of Tomato Omelette:

  • Add chopped onion,tomato,chilly in bowl
  • Add gram flour,salt,cumin,turmeric,red chilly powder.You can easily adjust chilly and red chilly according to your taste

  • Add water and adjust consistency just like dosa batter
  • Heat pan and sprinkle oil on it 

  •  Spread the batter in the pan evenly and  cover it with lid

  • After 3 to 4 minutes sprinkle some oil over it and flip over the omelette


  • Serve hot Omelette with ghee. Enjoy!!!
