Palak bhaji | पालक भाजी

 



Ingredients:

  • Fresh palak leaves - 1 bunch
  • Gram flour - As per needed approx. 1/2.cup - 3/4 cup
  • Rice flour- 1/2 cup
  • Carrom seed- 1/2 tsp 
  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp as per taste
  • Hot oil- moin
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Water- as per needed

Preparation :
  1. Wash palak thoroughly and pat dry. Cut palak roughly 
  2. In a bowl add palak turmeric and salt. Mix and leave it for 5 min
  3. Palak will release water. Now add rice flour and gram flour 
  4. Into the mixture add all spices. Cumin, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder salt and mix properly 
  5. Add water gradually only if needed 
  6. In a frying pan add oil and let it heat
  7. Add hot oil in palak mixture as moin. Mix properly 
  8. Once oil is at right temperature leave palak mixture in batches 
  9. Fry at medium temperature and serve hot.
