Steps to bake in kadai


  1. Choose proper Kadhai Or even you can go for or aluminium vessel. Make sure your baking Tin can easily fit in kadai.
  2. Take one cup of normal salt or sand and spread at bottom of kadai. This will ensure even baking.
  3. Place ring cutter or wire ring at bottom such that your pan will not touch the salt or sand.
  4. As per recipe make sure to preheat for at least 10 minutes
  5. While baking for creating make sure you close the lead properly so that no heat escapes from kadai
  6. Do not open the late frequently
